Emotional Uplift Masterclass: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Beat the Winter blues with yoga, and create your own inner sunshine, no matter the weather outside. 

For many of us, these final days of Winter bring fatigue and low mood.  Yoga practices can help us reclaim our natural vitality, support us through the darker months, and prepare us for the renewal of Spring. 

In this workshop, learn special yoga tools to brighten and balance your emotions, while increasing and stabilising your energy levels.

Together, we will practice fully-supported Yin and Restorative poses to open the energy channels of the body. The workshop will conclude with a guided relaxation practice and an extended savasana with Sound Bath to leave you feeling vibrant, relaxed and re-energised. 

We will be inspired in our practice by the philosophy of Samtosha, the spontaneous feeling of joy and gratitude that arises when we connect deeply with the present moment and the Self.

After the workshop, you’ll receive a handout of all the practices so you can continue to sustain your inner warmth and sunshine at home.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga or sports mat and one blanket. Other props will be provided.
