About the workshop
Yin Yoga XL + Sound Bath
Camilla and Liz join forces to create an unforgettable evening of full relaxation, for both body & mind.
In this workshop, you will be guided through an extended yin yoga class by Camilla. During the long-held poses your mind will be treated to some inspirational 'food for thought’ together with the soothing sounds from Liz's Himalayan Singing Bowls.
The session will end with a long savasana, supported by a full Sound Bath, inviting you to completely let go and surrender to deep rest.
