About the workshop
Do you often feel stressed out, anxious or unable to relax? You are not alone.
In this deeply relaxing masterclass, you will learn life-changing practical tools to repair your nervous system, let go, and recover from stress.
These practices include gentle Restorative Yoga poses and targeted stress-relief Breathwork. We will use soft, comforting props such as pillows and blankets to assist our bodies in releasing deeply held tension. And we'll learn specific breathing exercises to deeply calm our minds.
The session will end with a lush, meditative sound bath, guiding you on a journey towards the deepest levels of healing rest. You will leave feeling relaxed and revitalized, empowered with new skills to better manage stress and anxiety.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. A manual of all practices will be sent to participants.
