About the workshop
Join us for this journey through sound to the calm and spacious centre of your heart.
The theme of this month's sound bath is ‘Inner Light.' We will begin with a gentle guided breathing practice, followed by a long relaxation period supported by the resonant sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, rain stick, drum and Koshi chimes.
Soften and open your heart to what is, and create space for your own deep listening and self-compassion. Bask in the glow of your Inner Light, your inner sunshine, and nourish your inner warmth through these last weeks of Winter. The experience of sound bath is the experience of an effortless meditative state, where feelings of calmness and self-acceptance can arise spontaneously.
