In this Masterclass, I will mix traditional yogic breathing practices with modern scientifically-tested techniques to train ourselves to breathe better.
Discover how different breaths support you in yoga poses, in meditation and in life. Master Ujjayi breath, explore the Bandhas (energy locks) and harness the power of your diaphragm.
