A homecoming. I'm honoured to teach again at my beloved Leyton Yoga. Join me for this late afternoon of deeply restful Restorative Yoga home practice, using everyday items from our home as props. Together, we'll open the body, balance the nervous system and calm the mind through a carefully-sequenced series of simple breathing techniques and gentle, fully-supported postures. 

Open to absolutely everyone. 

Please have two blankets, the pillow from your  bed, a thick book and a face flannel with you when you join the class.
