About the workshop
Join us for a deeply grounding, meditative sound journey of Himalayan singing bowls, rain stick and drum.
Our theme for July is Grounding. When we pay attention to sensations inside the physical body, when we connect to the Earth underneath us, we anchor ourselves to the present moment. Within this grounding, feelings of emotional strength, stability and safety can spontaneously arise.
This sound bath will begin with a little meditative exercise to help us feel more grounded and connected to Earth. Then, we will immerse ourselves in the soothing sound vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls, experiencing the vibrations move through and around us.
