About the workshop
The focus this month's Sound Bath is 'Grounding,' nurturing inner stability and feelings of safety in the mind-body. Come sink into this deeply soothing experience of healing rest, designed to anchor your body and calm your mind, helping you feel more supported, protected and at home in your own body.
During Sound Bath, gentle waves of Himalayan bowls, grounding drum tones, and soft chimes create a sonic cocoon that invites you to exhale fully and reconnect with your center. As the vibrations flow through you, tension melt, thoughts settle, and a steady sense of embodied presence arises.
