We are back. Join me for a restful evening of sound healing at Yoga Vidya.
A Sound Bath is an immersive experience of deep relaxation, a simple and supported journey into a meditative state of self-healing and self-discovery.
Himalayan singing bowls are finely tuned sonic tools. Their sound vibrations induce in the brain a profoundly relaxing waking-dream state, encouraging the release of deep-seated physical and mental tensions, while re-balancing the body's often overstrained and under-functioning systems.
To support this profound letting go, I borrow tools from the Yoga Nidra tradition, using spoken words to gently guide participants into even deeper states of rest.
