In this Basecamp, you'll learn the three main Sun Salutation sequences that feature at the beginning of all Yogaground's Power and Flow classes. These dynamic yoga warm-up exercises stretch out and strengthen our muscles, connectioning our mind, body and breath for deeper, more satisfying yoga experience. Master your downward-facing dog, chaturanga and upward-facing dog, then enjoy a deep, relaxing Savasana at the end of the class!
