Power and compassion. Strength and softness. This is the Warrior’s grace.
Join senior yoga teacher Liz Allan for an afternoon of asana, pranayama and meditation to inspire us to travel the middle path between effort and ease. Battling our own avidya - attachments and limiting beliefs - we’ll move together in a practice that is as buoyant as it is deeply felt with moment-to-moment awareness.
Learn new alignment skills in challenging warrior pose variations, and traditional breathing techniques to focus the mind on the goodness within and all around. When we dive deep into that place of inner stillness and peace, we rise as Warriors, confident in our unlimited power to make the world a better place.
2.5 hour workshop (€30).
Doors open at 13:45. Pre-booking and pre-payment essential.
Due to Coronavirus safety measures, we will limit participants to 14. All mats will have 2m space between them to reduce risk.
Please bring your own yoga mat and two yoga bricks if possible.
