About the workshop
A homecoming. I'm so honoured to be invited back to Leyton Yoga to help celebrate our 6th anniversary. This 75min all-levels practice will combine gently flowing yoga asana practice with meditative breathwork. Through movement, we'll work together to become more present and awake to all of life's joys and mysteries.
