About the workshop
Everything in nature is made of the five basic elements: Earth (bhumi), Water (jala), Fire (agni), Air (vayu), and Space (akasha).
When these elements are in balance, we experience true mental, physical and spiritual health. Inspired by the open spaces of the Zandbar at Weelde, this course will work with the five elements to deepen our yoga practice, connecting us to both our inner teacher and the natural world as sources of wisdom and transformation.
Each week, we will explore asana, mudra, and mantra to bring our bodies and minds into elemental balance, ending with a guided relaxation designed to leave us feeling more grounded, fluid, powerful, expansive and spacious.
Open to all levels.
