January Sound Bath: Set Intention for 2024

Join us for this journey through sound to the centre of your heart.

The theme of this month's sound bath is ‘Sankalpa' and will include an extended Yoga Nidra practice. Through this meditation technique of Yoga Nidra (yogic 'sleep'), we will set intentions for the year ahead, planting the seed of our future success in the fertile soil of the mind, so we can consciously grow and evolve all year.

The concept of Sankalpa starts from this single radical premise: You are enough. You are whole. You are perfect. And you already are who you need to be to fulfill your life’s great purpose. The Sankalpa is a simple statement of your deepest heartfelt desire. It’s not a New Years Resolution – those are made to be broken! It’s a truth – the one you live when you listen to your heart.

Soften your heart to what is, and create space for your own deep listening and self-acceptance. Let go of the limiting attitudes of striving, scarcity and fear. Let go of 2023. Approach the New Year from a place of gratitude and abundance. Then enjoy all you manifest in 2024.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga or sports mat. You may also want a pillow,  yoga bolster or blankets to create the ultimate Savasana for yourself. The entire session is lying down.

Doors open at 18:45. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential as space is limited.
