About the workshop

Join us for an evening of personal exploration and deep, healing rest. This evening combines the relaxation of savasana, a little guided breathwork and the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.

The theme of this month's sound bath is Inner Vision, balancing the energy of the "third eye," Ajna Chakra.

In this workshop, Liz will guide you through a journey in sound to the deepest levels of mental and physical relaxation using Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, drum and voice.

Physically, studies have shown that Sound Baths can enhance sleep, reduce the experience of chronic pain, ease anxiety, improve digestion and regulate blood pressure and hormonal imbalances.

Emotionally, this practice can inspire feelings of calmness, contentment and mental clarity, helping us to release old emotions and make space for renewal and new beginnings.

If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, come give it a try!
