About the workshop
Please join me for this special afternoon of nurturing slow flow vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.
Together, we will warm up with a gentle and playful movement practice to cultivate the body's strength and mobility. We'll then flow into quieter, more reflective work, including simple yogic breathing techniques to focus the mind and recover from stress. Finally we'll cool down and dive deep into an experience of rejuvenating, supported relaxation. This is a practice designed to balance the nervous system and move us towards feelings of gratitude, peacefulness and wholeness.
All are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Yoga equipment cannot be provided.
