In Sound Bath, the sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls guide practitioners into a state of effortless meditation and healing relaxation. Sound Bath is an experience of both listening and profound inner silence, an opportunity to find refuge in the calmness, stillness and clarity deep within.
