Sound Bath uses the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls to lead participants into a state of effortless meditation and healing relaxation. It offers a unique experience of deep listening and inner stillness, providing an opportunity to seek solace in the serenity, calmness, and clarity within.
Our theme this January is Sankalpa, intention setting for the New Year. Learn to embrace all you are, experience your wholeness, and let go of the old to make space for the new.
