About the workshop

Join us for an evening of personal exploration and deep, healing rest. Lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided on a journey in sound to the deepest levels of mental and physical relaxation using Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and rain stick.

The theme of this month's sound bath is "Calming the Mind."

During the Sound Bath, Liz will guide you through simple but effective techniques to focus your mind, quiet your thoughts, and slow down your brainwaves. Experience the ultimate mental and physical release as your brainwave state moves from its usual waking state (beta), to its focused state (alpha), then to its dream state (theta), and finally maybe its restorative state (delta).  It is in these slower, more meditative brainstates, where we heal, ease anxiety and repetitive thinking, improve digestion, regulate blood pressure, recover from stress, and calm the mind.

If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, come give it a try!
